These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AirfareHub website and services. By submitting a travel request or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. About AirfareHub

AirfareHub is an independent travel agency operated by SL Distributors LLC d/b/a AirfareHub. AirfareHub is not an airline and is not affiliated with any airline. Our service provides flight research, itinerary comparison and booking coordination.

2. Nature of the service

AirfareHub provides travel assistance services — not a self-service online booking engine. When you submit a travel request, a member of our team reviews your request and contacts you with available flight options based on the information you provide. You are under no obligation to proceed with any booking.

3. Travel requests

Submitting a travel request through our website or by phone does not create a booking, an obligation or any charge. A booking is only initiated once you have reviewed the proposed itinerary and applicable charges and have provided your authorization to proceed.

4. Charges and payment

Before your booking is completed, you receive disclosure of the applicable charges, which may include:

• The airline ticket, taxes and fees — charged by the airline or ticketing provider involved in the itinerary
• The AirfareHub service fee — charged by SL Distributors LLC d/b/a AirfareHub, appearing on your statement as AIRFAREHUB

No charge is applied without your prior review and authorization. Booking authorization is completed electronically through DocuSign.

5. Fare accuracy

Airfares are set by airlines and are subject to change at any time. A quoted fare is accurate at the time it is presented to you. AirfareHub cannot guarantee that a quoted fare will remain available after it has been presented. If a fare changes before your authorization, you are notified before proceeding.

6. Changes and cancellations

Your ability to change or cancel a booking after it has been completed depends on the fare conditions of your ticket and the applicable airline's policies. AirfareHub will assist you in reviewing available options but cannot guarantee that changes or refunds will be available. The AirfareHub service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been completed and a ticket has been issued, except under our 24-hour cancellation policy, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Independent agency

AirfareHub acts as an independent travel agency and does not operate flights or control airline schedules, seating, baggage policies or any other operational aspects of air travel. AirfareHub is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes or service failures.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SL Distributors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our service or any airline's services. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees actually paid by you to AirfareHub in connection with the booking at issue.

9. Website use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. AirfareHub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on this website.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.
