Booking authorization

Before a booking is completed, you receive the booking information for review and authorization. Booking authorization is completed electronically through DocuSign.

The authorization information includes, as applicable:

• Passenger information
• Flight itinerary
• Airfare amount
• The party identified to charge the airfare
• AirfareHub service fee
• Relevant billing descriptors
• Total authorized booking amount
• Relevant fare conditions

Airfare payment

Airfare is charged by the airline or ticketing provider involved in the itinerary. AirfareHub does not process the airline fare through its merchant account.

The party charging the airfare can vary based on the itinerary and ticketing arrangement. The relevant airfare charge information is presented before booking authorization.

AirfareHub service fee

SL Distributors LLC d/b/a AirfareHub separately charges for the flight assistance and booking coordination services provided by AirfareHub.

The service fee is identified separately from the airfare and appears on the card statement as AIRFAREHUB.

Authorization before processing

Booking charges are processed only after the required booking authorization is received. If pricing or itinerary information changes before authorization, the updated information is presented before the booking proceeds.
